Yes. Every computer, laptop, and server we collect receives certified data destruction before any processing. This includes NIST 800-88 compliant hard drive wiping or physical shredding, and per-device Certificates of Data Destruction. Data destruction is included for all business clients.

We accept all types of computers including desktop towers, all-in-one PCs, laptops, notebooks, servers, rack-mounted equipment, tablets, and any device with a hard drive or storage component. We also accept monitors, keyboards, mice, cables, printers, and networking equipment alongside computer systems.

Most Greater Boston locations can be scheduled within 2-5 business days. Boston Proper, Cambridge, Somerville, and Brookline clients often have next-day availability. Rush and same-day service is available for urgent compliance deadlines, office closures, and data center decommissions.
